The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for maintaining the Graebel?s AWS and Azure cloud environments, Enterprise Storage, and Microsoft Server and Workstation environments including enterprise directory, messaging services, server and virtualization infrastructure, software packaging & deployment, enterprise storage infrastructure. Key functions of this job include resource management, supervising staff, applying project management best practices to infrastructure projects, development of Infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures, hardware and software maintenance tracking, license management, capacity planning, and tactical alignment with strategic goals and vendor management. We are looking for an Infrastructure Manager who can: + Build the Team: Create and sustain a quality team through strong communication and collaboration within the department/division. Maintain effectiveness of the team by utilizing individual skill sets to meet specific organizational demands. + Develop People & Self: Creates a worker-friendly environment that develops and realizes the full potential of the staff. Supports opportunities for technical and professional growth. Actively and independently seeks growth opportunities and ways to increase knowledge. + Manage the Budget: Under the direction of the department director, identify opportunities for cost savings with the department. Participate in budget review and assist in preparation of capital and operating budgets. Solicit scoping and pricing from vendors as needed. + Establish Direction and Expectations for the Team: Establish and convey clear priorities, goals and expectations for the team through effective communication and alignment of priorities within the organization. + Drive and Support Infrastructure Solutions: Ensure support of infrastructure environment and actively identify infrastructure solutions that align and support divisional and organizational priorities. + Drive Process Improvement: Improve efficiency within the department to lower costs, improve performances and meet delivery timelines. Oversee staff activities in reviewing business, technical workflow improvement efforts. **Required Skills** **Licenses/Certifications/Specialized Training:** ITIL preferred. **Skills and Abilities:** + Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents, professional journals and governmental regulations. + Ability to write complex reports, detailed business correspondence, policies and procedures. + Ability to give effective presentations to management and large groups. + Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. + Must be proficient in Microsoft, Cloud Technologies, Storage, networks and Project management **Required Experience** **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required. Preference given to Associates or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Management Field. Five (5) to Seven (7) years of relevant professional experience in lieu of formal education. **Knowledge/Experience:** Seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant professional work experience.
